Return policy

It is possible to return a purchase to us within 14 days of receipt, as long as the conditions below are met.

- The product has never been used
- The product shows no trace of use or incorrect treatment.
- The product must be packaged as original with all its components and properly packaged for shipment.
- The return costs are the responsibility of the customer and the returned items are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them.
- The package should be sent to the following address: Diz Sàrl, Ch. Chantemerle 27, 1226 Thônex, Switzerland

Once the package has been received in return and after conformity check, we proceed with the product change and/or refund.
