Deliveries

We deliver in Switzerland and most European countries according to the prices indicated below. Packages are shipped the same day for any order placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday). Orders validated after this deadline are sent the next day. The parcels leave our warehouse in Geneva and are then transported by Swiss Post.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and the items are properly protected inside.
For Postpac Economy deliveries in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping costs are free for orders over 150 CHF. The tracking number is sent to the customer as soon as the package is sent.

For all destinations outside Switzerland, Lipo batteries can only be sent with one product.

Easy, with the new poste restante shipping method you can pick up your package at the branch of your choice and at the standard Swiss delivery price.
Whether you are a cross-border commuter, have no fixed delivery address or are traveling, poste restante is a simple, safe and economical option to have your parcel delivered to a location other than where you currently live.

Poste restante, how to do ?

To receive your parcel by poste restante, you just have to fill in the address with your name, the mention poste restante and the address of the chosen post office branch.

Your first name and last name (or that of the receiver) in the fields name and first name.
The mention poste restante in the "address field".
The address of the post office branch in the "address field (2)".
The postal code of the branch in the "postal code" field.
The name of the city of the branch in the "City" field.
Switzerland in the "country" field.

To get your parcel, you will just have to go there with an ID to get your parcel.
